There are moments when speaking about property, pricing, and projects feels secondary.
This is one of them.
With a war unfolding, and close family and friends in the GCC not completely safe, my attention is naturally elsewhere. I don’t think it’s the right time to analyze movement, sentiment, or numbers. The market can wait.
It’s also a good time to pause and remember what’s happening in Palestine and neighboring nations.
Giving It Space
This isn’t the first turbulent period we’ve lived through. And it won’t be the last.
Uncertainty rises. Emotions follow. Then, slowly, clarity returns.
For now, I believe the right approach is simple: remain calm. Observe. Avoid reacting too quickly.
Everything shifts. Everything passes.
